LEBANON, N.H., Feb. 26, 2018 -- Appcast, the leading developer of programmatic job advertising technology, today announced its participation in this week’s RecPlus Conference, which is being held in Berlin. The conference, which brings together recruitment advertising and technology, is the launchpad for Appcast’s news about its cost-per-applicant job ads in Europe.
Coinciding with the conference’s opening day, effective March 1, thousands of employers, gig marketplaces and job sites will be able to buy cost-per applicant or ‘CPA’ job ads from any job site or aggregator through Appcast’s global programmatic job ad buying platform known as Clickcast. Long considered the gold standard in job ad optimization software, Clickcast has transacted more than 1 billion job ad clicks bought and managed to date. Appcast’s announcement is particularly timely as global talent shortages force employers to increase job advertising spend and job marketplace marketers struggle to identify channels with proven ROI to grow talent pipelines.
Appcast announced its expansion into the U.K. and EMEA last November, relocating its vice president of Product, Tom Chevalier, and adding Roy Jacques as managing director, U.K. and EMEA and Matt Molinari as vice president, Global Business Development. The company is currently hiring out of its new offices in Royal Tunbridge Wells, U.K.
Chevalier commented, “Appcast’s mission is to provide best-in-class performance job advertising technology. Giving the largest job advertisers in the world the ability to programmatically buy job ads from any publisher on a cost-per-application or cost-per-action basis was a logical progression for us.”
Molinari added, “Publishers selling CPA ads can receive real-time access to conversion data to power ad measurement and optimization. Plus, those publishers wishing to become ‘CPA Certified’ and offer this new performance-based sales model to advertisers can gain access to exceptional incentives.”
More information about the RecPlus Conference can be accessed at www.recplusconference.com. Appcast representatives will be on hand to answer questions about the CPA offering, as well as to discuss Appcast’s presence in the U.K. and EMEA markets.
