This series, which is written, directed and produced exclusively by American National, offers an up close and personal look at some unique cars. This first season features speed record breaker George Poteet of Holly Springs, Mississippi. “A Car Story” will highlight several cars in his extensive collection, including Poteet’s 1961 Ford Galaxie Sunliner, 1932 Ford Coupe and 1956 Chevrolet 150, among others. This season will have nine episodes, each highlighting a different vehicle and backstory.
“A Car Story” follows American National’s first original series, “Excess Mileage” that documents the workmanship and cutting-edge designs of garage owner Jonathan Goolsby of Goolsby Customs in Alabama.
