American Green to Form PAC and Research Institute within the Nipton Industrial Park

PHOENIX, AZ and NIPTON, CA, April 12, 2018 -- American Green, Inc. (ERBB:OTC) and Delta International Oil and Gas (OTCQB:DLTZ) announced today that they are planning to create a new Political Action Committee and build a new Research and Education Institute in Nipton, California.

The American Green Political Action Network’s mission will be to study and promote the legalization of cannabis and cannabis bi-products like CBD for health and recreation through a new tax exempt 501(c)(4) political action committee.

The Nipton Research Institute’s mission will be to:

• Study and promote biodiversity in and around Nipton, the entire Ivanpah Valley, and the adjoining Mojave National Preserve.
• Study ways to revitalize, not just Nipton, but other small towns, including building and/or developing:
  • Zero-emission power plants able to create Zero Footprint growth areas
  • Mineral processing operations
  • The revitalization of existing facilities and other low-impact manufacturing centers to spur new job grow and opportunities within areas once thought left behind.
  • Areas where scientists, researchers, and scholars will be welcome to study and stay at the Institute.

The Company is planning to utilize its joint-venture partner, American GreenCrete, in the building of all major structures. A product made under a licensed proprietary process designed to convert what is essentially dumpster trash into high-quality, assorted pre-cast construction materials while simultaneously generating power during the process. American GreenCrete has been proven to maintain a much higher “R” (insulation) value and be more durable than its standard concrete counterpart.

The first planned event as part of this initiative will be this coming to Nipton, June 8-10, titled, “A Symposium on Sustainable Architecture.”

Other events may include concerts, art festivals and other unique varieties of entertainment specifically tailored to leverage the natural beauty of Nipton and its unique surroundings.

It has been American Green’s vision, and now that of our subsidiary Delta as well, to make Nipton a model for the revitalization of other nearly-deserted small towns across America; a model not just to bring back growth, but also to preserve the history and charm of each area - a directive that is paramount to both American Green and Delta.
