MAYNARD, Mass., Oct. 06, 2016 -- Acacia Communications, Inc. (NASDAQ:ACIA), a leading provider of high-speed coherent optical interconnect products, today announced the pricing of its follow-on public offering of 4,500,000 shares of its common stock at a price to the public of $100.00 per share. The offering consists of 1,210,302 shares from Acacia Communications and 3,289,698 shares from certain existing stockholders. In addition, the underwriters have also been granted a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 675,000 shares of common stock from certain of the selling stockholders.
Acacia Communications intends to use proceeds from the offering for working capital and general corporate purposes. Acacia Communications will not receive any of the proceeds from any sale of shares by the selling stockholders.
