The earnings press release for the first quarter of fiscal 2017 was issued shortly after the market closed today. In addition, the Company issued a release announcing the acquisition of the generic products and related assets of Citron Pharma and Lucid Pharma shortly after the market closed today.
Management will now host a conference call to discuss both the operating and financial results for the first quarter of fiscal 2017 and the transaction at 9:00 a.m. ET on Thursday, November 3, 2016.
