Stella is a Research Fellow with the Grow&Go Toolbox at The University of Queensland, a project that has created a website using co-design to improve access to nutrition information for children under 5. Additionally, she is currently a PhD Candidate, with her research focusing on enhancing food security and nutrition for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander children through community-driven solutions.
She also is an Accredited Practising Dietitian currently working in paediatrics, with prior roles and experience in public health nutrition across remote, regional and urban areas.
