Tenaw is an Early Career Researcher who completed his PhD in May 2021 from the School of Medicine and Public Health, the University of Newcastle. He also trained BSc and Masters in Public Health. He is currently working in the Cancer Epidemiology and Population Health Research Group at the University of South Australia. Tenaw's broad research interest includes population health research, big data analyses, quantifying the benefits and unfavourable side effects of cancer treatment using real world data, psycho-oncology and measuring disparities in cancer care.
