Yan Wang is an Associate Professor of Accounting and Finance and Acting Head of Accounting and Finance Research Group at Nottingham Business School. Prior to join the Nottingham Business School, he has held various academic positions at DMU and University of Huddersfield. Yan’s research interests are focused on corporate finance, corporate governance and sustainability and in particular board networks, executive compensation, disclosure, board diversity and CSR. Yan has articles published in leading international journals, such as the International Journal of Accounting, Journal of International Accounting, Auditing and Taxation, Review of Quantitative Finance and Accounting, International Review of Financial Analysis, International Journal of Finance and Economics, European Management Review, International Marketing Review, Corporate Governance: The international journal of business in society, Accounting Research Journal, International Journal of Accounting and Information Management, among others.
