Having spent almost six years living in China, I am at present working at the University of Nottingham, reading a PhD. I'm examining elite convergence between China and the UK, considering interaction at elite level between the two countries as well as the consequences of and reasons for this phenomenon. I'm interested in China more widely as well as international relations, chiefly the migration of national agency to the international arena.
