Maître de conférences, spécialiste des théories des organisations et du management. Il étudie les nouvelles pratiques de travail et de collaboration et s'intéresse à l'émergence des phénomènes organisationnels innovants qui participent à l'évolution de la société.
Ses recherches et enseignements s'intéressent aux nouvelles méthodes de management et d'organisation (méthode agile, lean startup, entreprise libérée, etc.), de travail (coworking, nomadisme, etc.), et au rôle des technologies digitales et de l'automatisation dans l'évolution du travail.
Il a récemment participé à la coordination de l'ouvrage " Théories des Organisations: nouveaux tournants" chez Economica et a publié ses travaux dans différentes revues académiques telles que Journal of Organizational Change Management, Organization Studies, Système d’Information et Management, etc.
