At the moment, I am in the final year of my Ph.D. in Political Science at Johan Skytte Institute of Political Studies, University of Tartu, Estonia. I finished my double Masters' program in Russia, Central, and East European Studies (RCEES, Int.M.) from the University of Glasgow and MA in Baltic Sea Region Studies from the University of Tartu in 2016. I also graduated with an MA in International Relations from Universitas Airlangga in 2011.
Since September 2011, I have been teaching as a lecturer at the Department of International Relations, Universitas Airlangga. I conducted several courses, such as Comparative Strategic Culture, Foreign Policy Analysis, and Geopolitics & Geostrategy. Since 2016, I also have been teaching two courses on Russia: Society, Culture, and the Politics of Russia; and International Relations in Eurasia.
I was chosen as a Junior Research Fellow in Political Science at the Johan Skytte Institute of Political Studies, University of Tartu, since September 2021. I have been teaching several courses in Estonia, such as Political Development in East and Southeast Asia and Security Challenges in Asia-Pacific.
I have performed as the Director of Research for the Emerging Indonesia Project since 2021. My writings there can be seen at the page https://emergingindonesia.com.
