I am currently Head of Psychology Division in the School of Life and Medical Sciences at the University of Hertfordshire and the Executive Lead for Equality, Diversity and Widening Participation. Outside of the University, I am a member of the National Black, Asian and Minority Ethnic (BAME) Transplant Alliance (NBTA- research subcommittee) and a visiting fellow at the George Institute for Global Health (Delhi-India). As a Health Services researcher, I have attracted collaborative grant awards in excess of £3 million including circa £1 million as a principal investigator. Expertise in health inequalities, cross cultural research, patient reported outcome measures, and the development of health interventions.
