Trabaja como director Ejecutivo y profesor en la "IE School of Global and Public Affairs" de la universidad del IE. Apasionado por la transformación social, compagina su actividad laboral con consultorías y colaboraciones en proyectos de desarrollo y cooperación internacional, políticas públicas, economía, emprendimiento social y ayuda humanitaria.

Ha trabajado durante casi quince años en el diseño, implementación y evaluación de políticas públicas y programas internacionales en países de África, Europa, América y Asia. Ha diseñado estrategias para un mejor crecimiento económico con el Gobierno de Sri Lanka y el Centro de Desarrollo Internacional de Harvard; realizado evaluaciones de impacto en Perú y Belice con el Banco Mundial o BID; dirigido programas de respuesta humanitaria y gestión del riesgo de desastres de las Naciones Unidas y el Gobierno de Etiopía y Ecuador; gestionado proyectos de ayuda al desarrollo en el Ministerio de Asuntos Exteriores de España en diferentes países; y fomentado ecosistemas de innovación en ciudades como San Sebastián.

Realizó un Master en Administración Pública en Desarrollo Internacional (MPA / ID) por la Harvard Kennedy School (2017), siendo galardonado con la beca internacional de la fundación "La Caixa". También llevó a cabo un Master en Relaciones Internacionales (2014) y un BEng + MEng en Ingeniería de Telecomunicación, obteniendo cum laude en la tesis final (Universidad de Valladolid, 2006). Además, completó los estudios de piano en el conservatorio profesional de música de Valladolid (2003).

Actualmente, preside la asociación HKS Spain alumni network; lidera la expansión internacional de IMFAHE, una fundación que genera impacto social a través del mentoring y la generación de talento; y es coach de YesEuropeLab, una organización que capacita a la nueva generación de líderes europeos.
