Distinguished Professor of Supply Chain Management, Northeastern University
I am internationally recognized expert in forecasting and global supply chains, and have written over 100 scholarly articles in top tier journals and 7 books. My Operations Management text (Wiley) has just gone into the 7th edition and my Global Supply Chain Management text is going into the 3rd edition this year. My paper titled "How to Use Big Data to Drive Your Supply Chain," (California Management Review) was the top most downloaded paper for 2017 and listed as a "must read." Prior to my current position, I held the Iacocca Chair at Lehigh University and before that the West Chair at the Neely School of Business at TCU. Since the current coronavirus pandemic I have been interviewed by numerous news outlets for my opinion relating to global supply chain disruption, including the New York Times, Bloomberg, Boston Herald, Boston Globe, and many others.
