Zooey Deschanel has been confirmed to be dating Jonathan Scott and it happened not long after she split from her second husband Jacob Pechenik. Now the rumor these days is that the “New Girl” actress only started dating the “Property Brothers” star simply to give her acting career a boost.
Is Zooey only using her new lover?
And that is not all, it was said that Zooey Deschanel only wants Jonathan Scott for trysts. In the article that appeared in the National Enquirer titled “Zooey’s Lust For Jonathan Won’t Last!” it was claimed that even the actress’ friends believe that she is not really in love and predicted that their romance will end soon.
“She’s only interested in him for booty calls and raising her profile!” the source told the tabloid. It was added that Zooey Deschanel already went through two divorces so it is easy to split from her current boyfriend, even more so as they are not yet married. Aside from the hookups that the 40-year-old actress allegedly wants from Jonathan, it was said that she is dating him to advance her career in the acting field.
“When Zooey met Jonathan, it was definitely ‘lust at first sight’ in 24 hours,” the tipster said. “They were hot and heavy and stealing away to hotels every chance they could get.”
But then, the source said that it will just be a matter of time when Zooey Deschanel’s infatuation with Jonathan melts away. Also, once her career picks up, she will definitely ditch her new boyfriend. The tipster revealed that Jonathan’s twin brother already warned him about this so he seems to be aware that the actress will just hurt his sibling in the end.
Zooey and Jonathan’s rumor debunked
Gossip Cop suggested that this story is false after stating the allegation that Zooey Deschanel is only dating Jonathan Scott for her own gains is “insulting.” The publication pointed out that the actress does not need any booster especially if it is another person because she already has a great acting career.
Also, Gossip Cop contacted Zooey Deschanel’s spokesperson to ask about this rumor and was told that there is no truth in the claims. Apparently, this is another bogus report from the National Enquirer.
