Fast food restaurants, including Wendy’s, offer more than just convenience—they often evoke nostalgia, reminding customers of their childhood. This Halloween season, Wendy’s is offering a festive mix of treats with its Frosty Frights kid’s meal collection and the return of the famous $1 Boo! Books.
Wendy’s recently announced the launch of its Frosty Frights kid’s meal collection, where customers can enjoy signature Wendy’s meals while collecting spooky-themed toys. The toys, inspired by the iconic Frosty treat, include 11 distinct characters, such as Brr Beast, Cold Spell, Franken Frosty, and Coolie Ghoulie, among others.
Each Frosty Frights kid’s meal offers customizable options, including:
- 4-piece chicken nuggets, hamburger, or cheeseburger
- Jr. hot and crispy fries or Apple Bites
- A kid’s drink
Wendy’s Boo! Books Return for Halloween, Offering Free Treats and Supporting Foster Care
Adding to the seasonal fun, Wendy’s has brought back its beloved Boo! Books. Available for just $1, each book contains five coupons for free Jr. Frosty treats and a coupon for a $1.99 kid’s meal with any purchase. According to Wendy’s, proceeds from Boo! Books will benefit the Dave Thomas Foundation for Adoption, which helps children in foster care find permanent homes. Boo! Books are available at participating Wendy’s locations through November 3, 2024, and the coupons can be redeemed until December 31, 2024. The Frosty Frights kid’s meal will also be available through November 3.
Boo! Books, a Wendy’s staple during September and October, serve as both a promotion and a fundraiser for the Dave Thomas Foundation for Adoption. With 90 cents from every book sold directly to the foundation, customers can contribute to a worthy cause while enjoying sweet treats. The books are available at most participating Wendy’s locations and can be easily identified under the “Give Something Back” category in the Wendy’s app or online menu.
