FxWirePro : EUR/NZD slips lower after soft US jobs report

•  EUR/NZD slipped lower on Friday as the pair attracted selling pressure after a weaker-than-expected U.S. jobs report.

The U.S. economy unexpectedly shed 23,000 jobs in July, sharply missing Reuters economists' forecast for an 80,000 increase..

The data could give the Federal Reserve more room to keep interest rates unchanged next month while it assesses incoming economic indicators, including next week's U.S. inflation repor..

Money markets had been roughly split on the likelihood of a Federal Reserve rate hike next month before the payrolls report. Following the weaker-than-expected data, the implied probability of a September hike fell to around 40%, from approximately 55% earlier.

•   Immediate resistance is located at 1.9634(SMA 20), any close above will push the pair towards 1.9682(38.2% fib).

• Support is seen at 1.9502(Lower BB) and break below could take the pair towards 1.9472 (Lower BB )

Recommendation: Good to sell  around 1.9640 with stop loss of 1.9700 and target price of 1.9560
