It would seem that “Vikings” Season 6 has a lot of surprising things in store for Ivar, especially with regards to matters of second chances and futures that were left unfulfilled. For those who may not know, there are some spoilers coming up, but the deranged character basically killed his wife in the last season. In the upcoming episodes, however, it would appear that this act will come back to haunt him.
As recent teaser by Alicia Agneson who played Freydis up until the previous season reveals the new character she will be playing in “Vikings” Season 6, Cinemablend reports. The post on social media came with the caption “Who is she? What does she want? Where did she come from? Can’t wait for you all to see Season 6.”
The post also came with a photo of the actress in a completely different costume from what she was sporting in the previous season. Perhaps the most shocking change, however, is the change in her hair color. From blonde to brunette, the actress certainly provides an interesting look into what fans can expect from “Vikings” Season 6.
A trailer for “Vikings” Season 6 also revealed that Ivar might be coming across this character somewhere in the region that is today known as Russia. The costume certainly seems appropriate enough, but the bigger question is why these two women bear such a resemblance. The likelihood of relations is quite remote, especially considering how settlements had such huge divisions in distance back in those days.
This particular mystery will be one of the things that will make “Vikings” Season 6 well worth looking forward to. When it finally airs, fans of the series will likely agree that it was worth the wait. Perhaps there might even be some older characters returning for one reason or another. One can never know.
