‘The Blacklist’ season 4’s episode 9, titled “Lipet’s Seafood Company,” is set to follow allegiances as they are tested during a probe on an international terrorist. Meanwhile, it was speculated that the identity of the mole in the task force may finally be revealed.
The synopsis for “Lipet’s Seafood Company” posted on TV Guide reads, “Allegiances are tested when an investigation centers on an international terrorist operating in America. Meanwhile, Aram (Amir Arison) faces consequences when his girlfriend hacks into the FBI computer systems, and Red (James Spader) cashes in on a favor.”
It seems that the task force’s allegiances are bound to get tested when a probe reveals an international terrorist operating in America. Meanwhile, the incoming episode is set to address the issue of a mole in the task force tasked on spying on Red and Liz (Megan Boone). It seems that the mole’s identity will soon be revealed.
The preceding episode, titled "Dr. Adrian Shaw: Conclusion," followed Red as he discovered that there was a mole in his team. According to International Business Times, it was speculated that the mole could either be Aram, Ressler (Diego Klattenhoff), or Samar (Mozhan Marno).
Meanwhile, Aram is set to face the consequences of his girlfriend hacking into the FBI’s computer system while Red pulls in a favor.
‘The Blacklist’ season 4’s episode 9, titled “Lipet’s Seafood Company,” is scheduled to premiere on NBC on January 5, 2017. It was directed by Donald E. Thorin Jr. It will be followed by episode 10, titled "The Forecaster," scheduled for January 12.
The series follows Red, a former U.S. Navy officer turned prolific criminal, who voluntarily surrenders to the FBI after evading capture for years. He has a list of the most dangerous criminals and promised to work with the authorities as a confidential informant in exchange for immunity from prosecution. He works with rookie FBI profiler Elizabeth in taking down criminals and terrorists.
