Bay and Daphne are about to make things worse while attempting to pay off their electric bill by hosting a house party, according to Cartermatt. The two will throw a “lights on” party at their apartment right above the Cracked Mug but when Toby (Lucas Grabeel) hears two students making disability jokes, things get out of hand.

Meanwhile, Daphne and Chris will be getting to know each other better, after which Daphe will begin to suspect that Chris is hiding a huge secret. Regina and Kathryn will also do some snooping of their own after Regina discovers a questionable text on Luca’s phone.
