A trailer for “Santa Clarita Diet” Season 3 was recently released and it suggests all kinds of problems that the Hammond family will need to deal with. With the series returning to Netflix in just a few days, fans might want to brace for some delicious carnage and some real challenges to begin. Among them is the prospect of Sheila (Drew Barrymore) and Joel (Timothy Olyphant) being together for literal eternity.
As Canstar Blue points out, “Santa Clarita Diet” Season 3 features the return of the lovely zombie wife Sheila and her ever-supportive husband Joel as they try to keep living with the undead condition. Naturally, this presents all kinds of difficulties for the couple, foremost of which is the matter of nutrition. Sheila can only eat people, after all.
In “Santa Clarita Diet” Season 3, the matter of being able to spend eternity with each other will be brought up and it would appear that Joel is not comfortable with some parts of the idea. Specifically, he would rather not eat people along with his wife. Then there’s the matter of the so-called knights who will be coming after them.
