Coca-Cola Nepal's collaboration with Rakuten Viber for augmented reality (AR) Viber lens dubbed the Food Randomizer would allow over 10 million Viber users in Nepal to playfully request a Coke and a meal combo.
Food Randomizer works by randomly generating popular combos such as Coke and Momos, Coke and Pizza, or Coke and Chowmein.
Once the generator stops at a combo, the user can save the lens and send it to their friends, work colleagues, or family asking them to buy the combo for the user.
Additionally, the app also allows users to put their faces on the filter.
This collaboration with Coca-Cola aims to bring exciting features to the Nepali users of Viber.
According to Adarsh Avasthi, Country Director of Coca-Cola in Nepal, the promo is their attempt to spark fun conversations amongst the youths of Nepal.
Meanwhile, Viber Senior Director David Tse describes their partnership with Coke as one of their many initiatives to make connecting with loved ones even more engaging and unique.
