“Resident Evil 2” images were recently leaked online featuring several characters and events in the game, and one of them is that of Ada Wong. As always, the mysterious femme fatale looks gorgeous and the same goes for the other figures shown in the screenshots. In related news, it would seem that there is going to be a crossover between the zombie game and “PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds.”
The images that were leaked shows several characters, events, and locations in “Resident Evil 2” that fans of the franchise will absolutely love. While there are nostalgic elements to the game that remind OG fans of those times they played the original, there are also fresh perspectives to enjoy. In particular, is the upgraded visuals of the enemies and environments.
Claire Redfield trying to escape Mr. X is quite the thrill, for example, and it seems this sequence is alive and well (so to speak) in “Resident Evil 2.” It would seem that the escort mission in saving and protecting Sherry will also be something worth looking forward to. However, it will be Leon’s encounter with Ada Wong that will likely have fans squealing in their seats.
Those who have played the original “Resident Evil 2” will likely already know the fate of the relationship between these two characters. Leon is fooled by Ada but is ultimately saved by her, in the end. This then begins their long and well-known relationship full of will-they-won’t-they scenarios that leaves the fans feeling a bit frustrated.
Speaking of frustration, it would seem that PUBG Corp. is trying to drum up interest in the PlayStation 4 launch of its Battle Royale game by announcing a surprising crossover with “PUBG Mobile.” The crossover will feature “Resident Evil 2,” but the specifics have yet to be revealed. As for “Resident Evil 2,” the game is set for release on Jan. 25, 2019.
