Bauman is a former American football player in the National Football League who played cornerback. He majored in Sociology the University of Oregon from 1997-2001 and was a third team All-American selection by the NFL Draft Report. He was selected All-Pac-10 second-team in 2001 and was selected in the 3rd round of the 2002 NFL Draft. Rashad played two seasons with the Washington Redskins before being traded to the Cincinnati Bengals in 2004 and recorded 50 tackles and 2 interceptions during his 43-game career. Rashad’s passions include mentoring kids through athletics and has been married to wife Nani for ten years and they have three sons and a daughter.
"Rashad has many skillsets that are going to suit him very well as he gains more exposure and familiarity with our industry," said PDXP CEO Patrick Johnson. “He has been an invaluable teammate of mine in the past in both college and the professional ranks of football, and we expect nothing but great things from him going forward in this space,” said Johnson.
