From the start of the movie franchise, it has been known to cast a star-studded list of actors and bring them to different parts of the world. This then begs the question that if “Now You See Me 3” gets made, where will the Four Horsemen’s next mission take place?
‘Now You See Me 3’ plot speculations: Where is the Four Horsemen’s next adventure going to be?
To this day, there is nothing confirmed yet about the third movie. However, the cult following it developed from the first two movies are certainly hoping to see “Now You See Me 3” get made.
The main location of “Now You See Me 3” will depend on its plot as fans saw in the first and second installments. The first movie mostly roamed around several destinations across the United States as the Four Horsemen conducted a series of shows to introduce themselves to the public.
The second movie went international and included scenes in Macau and London since their plan was foiled by a rich villain that brought them to Asia without their knowledge. The sequel concluded in the United Kingdom, where they staged their ultimate revenge plot against Arthur Tressler (Michael Caine) and his illegitimate son Walter Marby (Daniel Radcliffe).
At this point, the next mission that the Four Horsemen will undertake in “Now You See Me 3” is still unknown, so fans are also clueless about their next destinations, too. But if it would be up to Dave Franco, it would be somewhere “tropical” or in Japan. “I’d like to go maybe somewhere tropical, that would be nice. But I would also love to go ... to Japan,” the actor said in an interview in 2016. “You can’t really go wrong with this group of people.” Franco plays one of the Horsemen named Jack Wilder, who is the group’s expert on sleight-of-hand and card illusion.
‘Now You See Me 3’ release date: When would it premiere
We Got This Covered reported last January that Lionsgate has started reaching out to the main cast for the production of “Now You See Me 3.” The insider report was the first update fans have heard about the movie since late 2016. But this also suggests that the movie is still in the very early stages of production and might not be ready for release this year.
