‘New Girl’ season 6’s episode 15, titled "Glue," is set to feature Jess as she attempts to help Nick cope with anxiety when Regan manages to score him a book signing event. Meanwhile, Winston is set to propose to his girlfriend Aly and asks for help from Cece and Schmidt.
The synopsis for episode 15 posted on TV Guide states, “Nick (Jake Johnson) freaks out after Reagan (guest star Megan Fox) secures him a book signing, so Jess (Zooey Deschanel) steps up to boost his confidence.
Meanwhile, Winston (Lamorne Morris) seeks Cece (Hannah Simone) and Schmidt's (Max Greenfield) help in his surprise plan to propose to Aly (Nasim Pedrad).”
The upcoming episode is set to feature more of Jess and Nick’s complex friendship after Nick goes through a period of self-doubt. Jess is set to push herself in order to help Nick, who is struggling with anxiety after his girlfriend Reagan manages to secure him a book signing event. It seems viewers will catch Nick panicking well throughout the entire episode.
It would be interesting to see how Jess and Nick’s relationship will re-develop, considering Jess is now a single woman. According to Christian Post, the previous episode titled “The Hike” saw Jess breaking up with Robbie (Nelson Franklin) after finding out that they were both related.
Meanwhile, Winston is ready to take the next step with his girlfriend Aly by planning for a surprise proposal. He will enlist the help of friends Cece and Schmidt, already a married couple, for the engagement. Aly returned to town in the previous episode and Winston managed to throw her a welcome party at Cece and Schmidt’s house, but not without complications.
‘New Girl’ season 6’s episode 15, titled "Glue," is scheduled to air on Fox on February 7, 2017. It will be followed by episode 16, titled "Operation: Bobcat," scheduled for February 14.
