Melania Trump is really fit, and even at 50, she managed to maintain her nice figure. She was a former model and one of the most glamorous in the field.
Now, the FLOTUS is sharing her secret and tips on how to stay in shape like her even as she grows older. She said everyone could do it if they want to live longer and healthy.
Melania’s dietary regimen
Donald Trump’s wife revealed that she always aims for a healthy, balanced diet; thus her meals every day are usually composed of fruits and some veggies. As per the Business Insider, the First Lady eats seven fruits every single day, and this starts with oatmeal or smoothie for breakfast.
Melania Trump said that she really loves fruits, so they are always in her meals. This is also one of her methods for taking care of her body and maintaining her youthful looks. Moreover, she makes sure that whatever she eats is fresh and sticks to organic ingredients.
In the past, Melania also revealed in her interview with New York Magazine that when she dines in a restaurant, she also indulges. Her favorite food is chicken Parmigianino at Jean Georges in New York, where she lived when she was still a model.
"One thing I love most about New York is the variety of amazing foods you can eat," she told the magazine. "My all-time favorite is the chicken Parmigianino at Jean Georges."
The FLOTUS’ sweet tooth
Usually, women don’t have much power to resist, especially when it comes to sweets. Chocolates are naturally irresistible, and it was divulged that although she aims for a healthy, well-balanced diet, she always gives in to her sweet tooth cravings!
Melania Trump can’t give up chocolates, so she has this belief that indulging in cravings once in a while is not bad, and rather, it is important. Ice cream and diet coke are the other “sweets” that she must have from time to time.
Finally, Melania Trump said that to maintain her skin and figure, she exercise by simply walking while wearing ankle weights. Last but not least, she takes lots of vitamins to moisturize her skin and keep her hair and nails healthy.
“I live a healthy life, I take care of my skin and my body,” the FLOTUS said. “I’m against Botox and injections as I think it’s damaging the face and the nerves. It’s all me and I will age gracefully, as my mom does.”
