Megaworld, the leading real estate firm, is preparing for the late 2023 unveiling of the Grand Westside Hotel - the largest hotel development in the Philippines. Spanning 19 stories across two towers in Parañaque's Entertainment City, the hotel will feature 1,530 rooms, including thoughtfully designed accommodations for specially-abled guests and unparalleled amenities.
Guests can expect an array of elegant accommodations, including Queen, Twin, and Executive Suites, each offering up to 48 square meters. Additionally, specially-abled guests will find comfort in the Twin Suites (35 square meters) and Queen Suites (37 square meters), thoughtfully designed to cater to their needs.
The exquisite architecture pays homage to the undulating waves that grace the shoreline, with sweeping lines gracefully enveloping the structure. As guests enter the high-ceiling lobby, they will be greeted by a contemporary design that seamlessly blends wood, stone, metal, leather, and other natural elements.
On the fifth floor, a host of amenities awaits, including a captivating pool that overlooks the magnificent Manila Bay, a children's pool, a serene Zen garden, and a charming gazebo. An outdoor seating area surrounded by lush flora invites relaxation and tranquility. Moreover, three of the four planned function rooms can be combined, accommodating events for up to 300 people. Indoor facilities include a top-notch fitness gym and soothing massage rooms.
Speaking about the hotel, Cleofe Albiso, the managing director of Megaworld Hotels & Resorts, expressed, "Once it opens, Grand Westside Hotel will become the crown jewel of our portfolio and the largest hotel property in the entire country. Guests will be captivated by breathtaking views of the legendary Manila Bay sunset, as well as the iconic skylines of Makati, Manila, and Taguig City."
The grand unveiling of the first tower is scheduled for later this year, followed by the opening of the second tower in the coming year, solidifying Megaworld's position as a premier hospitality provider. With the Grand Westside Hotel as its 19th remarkable addition, Megaworld continues to invest approximately P64 billion in Westside City, further establishing its commitment to excellence.
