Johnny Depp is still dealing with cases he filed against Amber Heard. He suffered a big blow when he was defeated in his libel suit against publishers of The Sun, but he vowed to appeal.
With all the unfortunate things that have happened to him in the last few years, it was reported that Johnny Depp decided to leave America and live far like in Russia or any other parts of Europe. He would like to start anew and live a less stressful life if possible.
Johnny’s alleged plan for his future
The Globe claimed through its published article titled “Pirate Johnny Weighs Anchor” that Johnny Depp is determined to leave the US as he is losing money and becoming overly stress after being entangled in a series of controversial legal battles. He is simply fed up and wanted to run away from them all and just live quietly.
“He’s feeling totally cursed right now, like everywhere he goes there’s a hundred-grand bill to pay and nothing is sustainable unless he sells another property,” the insider supposedly told the tabloid. “Johnny concluded that he’s just not cut for life in America anymore and it makes a heap of sense to head to somewhere like Russia or another part of Europe where he can get away from his money troubles and make a brand-new start.”
For the most part, his court battles with ex-wife Amber Heard is the main reason why his money in the bank, once estimated to be $650 million, has been depleting very fast. Now, he has lost almost two-thirds of his net worth.
What’s more, Johnny Depp’s reputation and his status in Hollywood were also threatened by the ugly insults and accusations hurled against him by his ex-wife. He has been labeled as a wife-beater, which he denied and presented proof to clear his name; however, things are not working out in his favor; thus, the Globe reported, he decided to just move and leave behind his messy life in the U.S.
Is it true Johnny is ditching America?
This is a bogus tale coming from Globe as per Gossip Cop. Johnny Depp has no plans to leave his homeland, and he never left the country to live somewhere else.
The actor is dealing with his legal battles well and although he lost his role in the “Fantastic Beast” franchise and the “Pirates of the Caribbean,” Johnny Depp is not strapped for cash since he was still being paid. There is simply no truth in the claims that he will start a new life away from America. He is staying and never considered moving away.
