Jennifer Aniston is reportedly trying to kick Emma Stone out her “Hollywood social circle” because the “La La Land” actress is supposedly trying to get with Justin Theroux. Radar Online claims that although the “Friends” alum stated that she isn’t heartbroken after the split, deep inside she’s actually fuming.
“Emma’s tried to reach [Jennifer Aniston] to explain that situation with Justin, but Jen’s not giving her the time of day,” a source supposedly told Radar Online. “Jen may say publicly that she’s not heartbroken over the split but she definitely knows how to hold a grudge and Emma’s out.”
The tabloid is linking Emma Stone to Justin Theroux because the celebrities are currently co-starring in Netflix’s mystery series “Maniac.” But judging by previous statements by all parties involved, this story is likely another rumor manufactured by the gossip site. Speaking to WWD, the “Easy A” actress said that Jennifer Aniston’s ex-husband is like a brother to her.
Indeed, while Emma Stone and Justin Theroux are quite close on set, there’s no real indication that there’s something deeper going on between the two. For her part, Jennifer Aniston already said that she doesn’t care about what her ex-husband is doing as she has her hands full with the work she’s currently involved in.
The “We’re the Millers” actress recently wrapped up filming for her Netflix movie “Murder Mystery” and is set to shoot for her next project, “First Ladies.” Jennifer Aniston is also slated to star in more films ranging from drama to comedy.
As for the publication itself, Radar Online hasn’t been exactly a beacon of reliable journalism. The tabloid has time and again proven that it isn’t a legitimate source of information, as evidenced by the slew of unfounded claims that it continues to publish. For instance, the tabloid recently wrote a piece about how Jennifer Garner is distancing herself from Ben Affleck. The whole premise was false from the beginning, which is likely the case for this Jennifer Aniston story as well.
Meanwhile, Justin Theroux has yet to comment on the matter but it’s safe to say that he’s going to deny this allegation too. "The Leftovers” actor previously said that he parted ways amicably with Jennifer Aniston and regretted that the split tainted their friendship. "The friendship would not be the same, as far as just the day to day. But the friendship is shifting and changing, you know, so that part is something that we’re both very proud of,” Theroux said.
