Hyatt Place Monterrey Valle and Hyatt House Monterrey Valle / San Pedro have opened as the first dual-branded hospitality industry development in Monterrey's San Pedro Garza García neighborhood.
The hotels are within a new all-purpose commercial complex in the San Pedro Valle Zone, one of the fastest developing areas in Nuevo León.
The complex would offer over 100,000 square feet of office and retail space.
The 133-room Hyatt Place Monterrey Valle has thoughtfully designed guestrooms with separate spaces for sleeping, working, and playing.
Meanwhile, the 91-room Hyatt House Monterrey Valle / San Pedro is ideal for extended stays with its apartment-style suites, fully equipped kitchens and comfortable living rooms. Together, the two hotels offer an array of shared services and amenities to cater to both the needs of transient and extended-stay guests.
The hotels are owned and managed by Grupo Presidente. This project is Grupo Presidente’s second with Hyatt, joining Hyatt House Mexico City Santa Fe.
