Gwen Stefani and Blake Shelton announced their engagement late last month. This has been a most-awaited occasion as the couple has been together for five years and they are even living together now.

Following Blake Shelton’s proposal, people are waiting for their eventual wedding. Fans are waiting for their plans and there are reports that stated Gwen Stefani and her fiance are planning to hold two wedding ceremonies.

The alleged wedding details

As per the Star magazine’s report, Blake Shelton and Gwen are set to spend at least $10 million

because they are preparing for two types of wedding. One is low-key with only their close family and friends. The source claimed this will be held at the country singer’s ranch in Oklahoma.

On the other hand, they will be spending more on the second wedding that will be extravagant and would take place in Los Angeles. Of course, this will be a star-studded wedding and they are going all-out for this.

The tipster explained that two weddings were planned because Blake Shelton and Gwen Stefani could not decide whether to hold an intimate or a lavish wedding. Thus, they finally decided to have both.

The “What You Waiting For” songstress is said to be really excited about her wedding planning. Although this is much more complicated due to the pandemic, she is enjoying the preparations for the equally meaningful wedding events. It was added that Gwen and Blake have assigned “The Voice” co-judges Adam Levine and Kelly Clarkson to be their best man and maid of honor, respectively.

The truth about Gwen and Blake’s wedding

Gossip Cop revealed that although there could be some truths in the story, it is not true that Gwen Stefani and Blake Shelton are planning for a $10 million wedding. The publication added that the two just got engaged and their plans could still change especially now that the pandemic is unpredictable.

There is also no truth in the claims that Levine and Clarkson were asked to be the best man and maid of honor. The truth is - Gwen Stefani and Blake Shelton don’t want a lavish wedding so people can’t expect an over-the-top ceremony.

"Neither wants a big wedding," an insider told PEOPLE. Thus, it is likely to be a small ceremony with just a few people in attendance. This means that they are not spending millions when they exchange “I Dos.”
