NHN Corp. launched its fashion-specific artificial intelligence (AI) service AI Fashion ‘camera search’ function that allows users to find products by image even if they don’t know the product or brand name.
The service also recommends similar products when the requested products are not in stock.
NHN, South Korea’s leading gaming and internet company, said that it has improved the perfection of the product search and recommendation functions through trial runs at various shopping platforms, including FashionGo and Brandi.
The company plans to add more advanced AI functions, including Deep Tagging, which realizes product properties such as color, material, and pattern through search filters.
