“Dr. Stone” episode 25 is anticipated, but it was said that the first season already ended with the 24th episode. With the conclusion, fans want to know if there will be a new season to follow up on the stories and tie the loose ends.
End of season 1
In the last episode, Senku was able to build a communication device they called the cellphone, and although it was difficult to create, the help of the villagers made it all possible. They collected the materials and spent days and months to get to the time when they were able to hold the device in their hands.
The cellphone is an important creation for them because it is something that will help them beat Tsukasa and be free from his clasps and threats. “Dr. Stone” episode 24 is season 1’s last story, but the fight with Tsukasa did not materialize yet; thus, there is surely season 2 to continue to the narrative.
“Dr. Stone” episode 24 ended with “Voices over Infinite Distance,” and it showed how they built two cellphones. Chrome and villagers helped, and Senku finally made them, but they still have to test if it will work.
Is there a season 2?
“Dr. Stone” season 2 that will premiere as “Dr. Stone” episode 25 is definitely coming because they still have to reveal if the mobile phone works and if they will surely be able to defeat Tsukasa with the use of the said device. Thus, the next season will surely be about the fight against the villain.
The arc for “Dr. Stone” episode 25 has already been revealed as well, and it will premiere with the “Stone Wars” arc. Senku will also meet his old friends - Taiju and Yuzuriha, in the upcoming season as per Monsters and Critics. It will be interesting to see how the three friends will interact and perhaps do something together to find the answer to the mystery of petrification finally.
Meanwhile, Game Revolution suggests that “Dr. Stone” chapter 25 is set to arrive in July. This is because this is the same period when the first season has been released.
