Anime lovers have been waiting for “Classroom of the Elite” season 2 for a long time now. It should have premiered years ago since the first season is obviously incomplete. But it is really coming back to continue the story?
Will the series be renewed?
“Classroom of the Elite” season 2 is not renewed yet even after three years since the finale of season 1 was aired. Thus, it is unfortunate to say that there is no guarantee that it will still make a comeback. Lerche Studios, the TV adaptation producer, also disappointed many viewers of the anime because it has remained mum about the future of this Japanese animation.
“Classroom of the Elite” is an anime that used the popular school theme. However, this is a bit different from the usual series with the same concept because the students here are composed of the elites and their school system is so modern and hi-tech. Still, everyone still wears school uniforms and students regularly attend their classes.
Then again, despite the lack of updates from Syonhgo Kinugasa, there is still a big chance that it will be renewed. For one, the manga version still has several volumes that can be translated for the anime version. It should be noted that most of the Japanese animations only end when the manga has no more volumes left to be used for the show.
Plot prediction and theory for season 2
In case, “Classroom of the Elite” season 2 would be given a go signal, it will reveal the next events after the “Genius Lives Only One Storey Above Madness” finale episode in season 1. This is a bit saddening because a student who was bullied by others was forced to leave school and drop out. Ayanokoji will unjustly leave school and it was because of Ibuki’s carelessness and greedy attitude.
Also, “Classroom of the Elite” season 2 will pick up from the point when the students finished their activities on an island and they are ready to go home. Back in the cruise ship, their battle will continue but it will mostly be battle of the minds as their movements are restricted in the ship.
“Classroom of the Elite” season 2 is likely to return as per TV Season & Spoilers so fans don’t have to worry that much. This is because the show has a good number of viewers and did well in the ratings. Great shows with this record are always renewed in the end.
