Burger King offers a new take on its famous Whopper sandwich, dubbed the Twisted Whopper, which features a "spicy and sweet" taste.
The Twisted Whopper comes in several variations using sweet sauce and hot peppers, instead of the company's usual mix of ketchup and mayonnaise.
Available in beef, chicken, vegetable patty, and mutton, the Twisted Whopper has been sold in India while the company is not sharing any plans to bring it to the US.
When that happens, Burger King urges fans to find the "right balance with a twist."
Burger King has been leveraging The Whopper name into other products, such as the smaller Whopper Jr. and the plant-based Impossible Whopper, which are menu staples.
There’s also the Texas Whopper, the Angry Whopper, the Indy Whopper, the A1 Halloween Whopper, the Upside Down Whopper, and, of course, the Ghost Whopper.
