More details are now available about “Black Clover” episode 125, and based on its preview, there is going to be an interesting turn of events. As the Black Bulls return to their base of operations, the members of the squad will have to search for the beasts under their care. However, it will not be an easy task.
‘Black Clover’ episode 125 spoilers: Black Bulls face trouble upon returning to headquarters
First, it should be noted that “Black Clover” episode 125 is titled “Return,” and it is not something based on any chapter of the manga series. Before fans get too frustrated, the official preview for the episode confirms that the anime is back to the present timeline with a new story. It is going to be just a filler arc, though.
The main order of business in “Black Clover” episode 125 is for the Black Bulls to come back to the location where their headquarters was before the elves’ reincarnation wreaked havoc in the Clover Kingdom. Part of building their HQ again, captain Yami orders the Black Bulls to search for the beasts that had escaped when their HQ was attacked by Rades.
It can be recalled that the Black Bulls HQ featured an underground area where they kept their beast “pets.” This is the first time these creatures are going to be the focus of the story, so it should make “Black Clover” episode 125 interesting.
As mentioned, retrieving the beasts will not be easy. The “Black Clover” episode 125 preview seems to show that some of the beasts would start attacking the Black Bulls. At one point, Luck appears to be lying on the ground because they are “drained” and will collapse one by one. Even Yami appears shocked at one of the scenes shown in the teaser.
‘Black Clover’ episode 125 release date: Why there could be more than just one filler episode?
It is unclear if the story in “Black Clover” episode 125 would be resolved in a single episode or if this filler would go on for several weeks. Having fillers is somewhat inevitable at this point, considering that the anime is only 20+ chapters away from catching up from the manga.
Fans are still lucky that it appears they will be getting new content every week instead of the anime taking a full break until there is a comfortable gap between the two series again. “Black Clover” episode 125 will be released on Tuesday, March 10.
