‘Black Clover’ chapter 266 release date, spoilers: Asta’s devil is revealed; his training involves fighting the devil

The protagonists are currently training before the Dark Triad opens the gates of the Underworld, but the next chapter is going to focus on Asta and Nacht’s work.

Several pages of “Black Clover” chapter 266 have been leaked online, and based on the images in the panel Nacht is bringing Asta to a noble family’s abandoned home for the site of their training. It is unlikely that “Black Clover” chapter 266 will reveal all the information about its previous residents, but it may have some significance related to the current predicaments of the Clover Kingdom.

The best part of “Black Clover” chapter 266 has to be the actual start of Asta’s training. The last pages appear to be the most important ones as the show Asta’s devil in his full form and outside the Magic Knight’s body. One panel shows the devil floating in the air with a thin body figure, a long tail, and large wings. Asta, who does not have his right arm, faces the silhouette. And on the final page, the face of the devil is slowly getting unveiled.

Some fans who have seen the “Black Clover” chapter 266 leaks are asking if it was Asta morphing into his devil’s appearance. But based on the sequence of the panels, the likely explanation is that the face being revealed is of the Anti-Magic devil and it just happens to like so much like Asta. Of course, this is still just speculation at this point until the full English copy of the chapter arrives. But what’s clearer is that Nacht’s idea for Asta’s training is for him to fight his devil.
