BTS released its latest album “Map of the Soul: 7” in February and it immediately topped the various music charts in and outside of South Korea. In the U.S., aside from the iTunes Chart, the group’s songs are also listed on Billboard in different categories.

The group landed in Hot 100 hits, World Digital Song Sales list and many more. With this feat, BTS proved once again that they are the biggest band today.

BTS on Billboard

It was reported that BTS songs appeared on 21 spots out of 25. The tracks have been ranking high for three weeks already and this is the same in South Korea where the seven members that include RM, Jungkook, V, Jimin, J-hope, Jin and Suga are winning every music show’s first place trophies.

This week, BTS continues to dominate music charts on Billboard. As per Forbes, the South Korean boy band’s lead track in their “Map of the Soul: 7” titled “On” placed no. 1 while the other song pieces occupy half of the top 10.

Canceled European tour

In any case, it was said that the BTS “Map of the Soul” tour in Europe has been canceled. Then again, fans still have a chance to watch them as it only appeared to be postponed and will be rescheduled at a later date.

The selling of tickets was rescheduled and as everyone could guess, the cancellation was due to the coronavirus pandemic. Supposedly, the group was scheduled to perform in the first week of July. It was learned that the concert will be delayed for a month.

“Due to recent events, BTS MAP OF THE SOUL TOUR - EUROPE ticket sale will be rescheduled,” Live Nation UK tweeted on March 17. “ARMY MEMBER PRESALE registration will remain valid, and Presale will be on April 29 with General Onsale on May 1. Please note that the schedule may change depending on the situation.”

Meanwhile, BTS also canceled their much-awaited kick-off concert in Seoul that was scheduled in April. While this saddened the fans, they turned the event to a positive situation by donating for coronavirus relief efforts of their government. Truly, the members are proud of the ARMYs for doing this on their behalf.
