SAN FRANCISCO, Feb. 22, 2018 -- data Artisans, founded by the original creators of Apache Flink®, today announced the second annual Flink Forward San Francisco, the premier conference for the Apache Flink and stream processing communities, including the program agenda. The conference features two keynotes and 24 technical presentations from core committers, experts, and global users, and will take place April 9-10, 2018, at The Village, located at 969 Market Street in downtown San Francisco. Flink Forward San Francisco brings together hundreds of developers, DevOps engineers, system/data architects, data scientists, Apache Flink core committers and the open source stream processing community for hands-on training, technical sessions and networking opportunities. Participants will learn how companies like American Express, Capital One, Comcast, eBay, Google, Lyft, Netflix, Uber and Yelp use Flink as the stream processing engine of choice for large-scale stateful applications, including real-time analytics, machine learning, real-time search and content ranking and fraud/anomaly/threat detection.
