Professor Calum Wilson leads an internationally respected plant pathology research group and is the Research Leader for the TIA Vegetable Centre.
His research portfolio is diverse, with work across a range of plant pathogens and crops. Major research outcomes include development and characterisation of novel bacterial and viral resistance in plants, elucidation of the epidemiology and ecology of plant pathogens and development of novel disease management and diagnostic systems for plant diseases.
