I obtained my BA in Public Relations from the University for Applied Science and Arts of Hanover (Germany) in 2009. The following year I completed a traineeship at the German County Association in Brussels (Belgium) followed by a trainee position at a Public Relations Agency in Hamburg (Germany), while working as a PR volunteer assistant at a Belgian non-governmental organization until July, 2010.
In the course of my MSc and PhD in Cross-Cultural Psychology (2010-2015) I conducted 6 quantitative, cross-cultural (USA, China, India, UK, and Germany) research projects including advanced statistical analyses (e.g., structural equation modelling, AMOS). Moreover, I spoke at several academic (e.g., IACCP) and non-academic events (e.g., TEDx, WorldWork, SIETAR UK) whilst working as an Academic Skills Adviser (2014-2016) and currently as an Hourly Paid Lecturer in Psychology at Brunel University London.
