Dr Jeannie Marie Paterson is an Associate Professor at Melbourne Law School who researches and teaches in the areas of contracts, consumer protection and consumer credit law. Her research centres on the effective protection of vulnerable and disadvantaged consumers, and the relationship between statute and the general law in consumer protection.
