Andrew obtained a doctorate in Water Resources Science from Rhodes University. His primary research interest is the link between flow and water quality in rivers. Andrew has also been involved in research on climate change adaptation measures for bulk water suppliers in South Africa. He has joined the Global Institute for Water Security at the University of Saskatchewan as a Visiting Professor.
