I hold a B.A. and M.A. in Economics from the University of Texas at Austin. I have been an instructor of Business Administration at Touro College's Israel campus since 1992, and Deputy Chair since 2014. I teach Economics and Finance.
From 2000 to 2004, I served as a Financial Officer with the United Jewish Communities office in Israel, initially as the Financial Officer for United Israel Appeal (a unit of the UJC) and later as CFO for the UJC office in Israel.
