Luke is a lecturer at the Australian National University (ANU) in both climate and environmental policy. He holds a PhD in political science, as well as a Bachelor of Interdisciplinary Studies (Honours- First Class) from the ANU. He is a a Research Fellow with the Earth System Governance Project and Research Associate with the Free University of Berlin. Luke is a consultant for numerous governmental and non-governmental bodies and a regular attendee at the international climate negotiations.
