Dr. Lucca Henrion is a research fellow for the Global CO2 Initiative at the University of Michigan. Lucca recently completed his Ph.D. in mechanical engineering at the University of Michigan and is a scholar in the field of carbon management. He assesses the potential of different policies that bolster carbon capture and utilization as a mainstream climate solution, particularly state, regional, and federal policies that develop a circular carbon economy by enabling a healthy market around carbon utilization.
