Senior Research Fellow, Law Reform and Policy Analysis, Cardiff University
I joined Cardiff Law School in January 2015 as Senior Research Fellow. My principal research interests are in law reform and its relationship with public policy; the nature of jurisdictions; codification of the law and Welsh legislation. I also write case notes for Archbold Review. Before coming to Cardiff, I worked at the Law Commission for 17 years, mostly as Team Manager of the Public Law Team. A barrister, I sit part time in the First-tier Tribunal (Property Chamber) in England.
