Andrew Filmer is Senior Lecturer in Theatre and Performance at Aberystwyth University. His current research is focussed on two distinct projects: exploring the multiple sites of encounter between theatre, performance and architecture and examining artistic engagements with contemporary running cultures. Andrew is the co-editor of Performing Architectures: Projects, Practices, Pedagogies (Bloomsbury 2018) and has been a co-convener of the International Federation for Theatre Research (IFTR) Theatre & Architecture Working Group since 2012.
