Michele has completed a Bachelor and a Masters in Sport Science and a Bachelor of Physiotherapy in Italy.
Michele has also worked in Rugby Union as both a general and Strength and Conditioning Coach for The Italian Rugby Union (FIR) and local clubs during this time.
Michele completed his PhD at Victoria University in Melbourne investigating the effects of travel and jet-lag on professional rugby players in collaboration with several Super Rugby teams.
